The Spark
In the vibrant heart of Thailand's nightlife, a thriving entertainment scene exists. Yet, beneath the surface of the job market, something felt deeply wrong.
For a long time, finding work meant relying on closed Facebook groups or word-of-mouth referrals. While seemingly convenient, this analog approach made it nearly impossible for candidates to compare options fairly.
Trapped in a world of limited choices, many couldn't find a workplace that truly matched their goals. They were being robbed of the opportunity to maximize their own value and potential.
Worse still, hidden fees and vague promises made through private LINE chats were the norm. We saw hardworking individuals, striving for their dreams, becoming victims of a system that lacked basic integrity.
The Challenge

We believed in the power of IT to transform lives. By removing biased, analog interactions and making accurate information open to everyone, we knew we could change the landscape.
We realized that by doing this, high-quality venues—those that genuinely care for their staff—would finally get the recognition they deserve. This would spark healthy competition and create a true sense of security. As a team of engineers, our challenge began: to shine the light of "systems" into the industry's black box.

We didn't just build a database; we pounded the pavement. We visited every single venue, face-to-face, earning their trust and personally verifying over 300 listings. This "boots-on-the-ground" grit is the very foundation of our integrity.
Zero Fake Jobs
MangoJob makes a solemn promise: We will never post fake jobs. We refuse to list any "agent-brokered" positions—we only feature direct listings from the venues themselves. Providing consistently accurate, up-to-date information isn't just what we do; it's why we exist.
